X (formerly Twitter) experienced a temporary disruption in Pakistan for over an hour during the awaited election results.
Hundreds of users reported issues accessing the microblogging platform’s website and app on Saturday. The outage, between 4 pm and 5:30 pm, affected users across the country.
The cause of the crash was not immediately known. Over 400 users reported the issue, with 58% experiencing problems on the app and 23% on the website.
The platform became accessible again after 5:30 pm. Similar outages were reported globally earlier in the month, impacting users in various countries, including Pakistan.
