A plot to take control of Dr. Qadeer Khan’s Trust using fake documents and misusing funds has come to light.
Dr. Qadeer had a vision of establishing a hospital in Lahore to provide free treatment to patients. To achieve this goal, he created a Board of Trust. Some members were removed from the Trust while he was alive.
However, after Dr. Qadeer’s passing, certain individuals allegedly forged his name and removed him from the Trust. They even registered a trust deed using fake documents.
Dr. Qadeer’s daughter, Dr. Dina, took up a two-year struggle to expose these alleged forgers. Finally, a case was filed in Lahore against them.
Dr. Dina expressed that she tirelessly sought justice to safeguard her father’s trust from these forgers. Unfortunately, she faced challenges and criticism from opponents who tried to discredit her efforts.
After the FIR (First Information Report) was filed against the alleged counterfeiters, Dr. Dina remains hopeful that the courts will ensure justice prevails. She is determined to fulfill her father’s dream of providing free medical care to those in need through the Trust. The legal proceedings offer a ray of hope for Dr. Qadeer’s vision to be realized and for justice to be served against those who sought to manipulate the trust through deceitful means.
