Mohammad Amir wants to play for Pakistan again in the upcoming T20 World Cup.

Pakistani cricketer Mohammad Amir is back! Amir changed his mind after retiring from international cricket in 2020 due to disagreements with the team management.

He recently announced on social media that he’s available to play for Pakistan again in the upcoming T20 World Cup.

This change of heart comes after “positive discussions” with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). It seems the PCB convinced Amir that he’s still a valuable player for the team. Amir himself says that playing for Pakistan has always been his biggest dream, and that’s why he’s decided to put his country first.

This news is exciting for Pakistani cricket fans, especially considering Amir’s recent performance in the Pakistan Super League. He impressed everyone with his bowling skills, particularly during the crucial first overs and the tense final moments of matches.

Amir’s experience is undeniable. He’s played in 36 Test matches, 61 One-Day Internationals, and 50 T20 Internationals for Pakistan. He was even part of the teams that won the ICC T20 World Cup in 2009 and the ICC Champions Trophy in 2017. In fact, his bowling performance in the Champions Trophy final against India was legendary, helping Pakistan secure their first victory in that tournament.

With the T20 World Cup coming up this year, Amir’s return is a big boost for the Pakistani team. We’ll have to wait and see if the selectors choose him, but one thing’s for sure: Pakistani fans are thrilled about the possibility of Amir back in the green jersey!
