Transgender people in Kharian protested police violence against their community.

In Kharian, Pakistan, a group of transgender people protested against the police because they believed officers had hurt one of their community members.

This all began when the police stopped a transgender woman named Hina and a man who was with her. They were both taken to the police station, and transgender people say the officers there beat Hina and the man before letting them go.

This upset the transgender community very much, and a group of them went to the police station to confront the officers. The protest turned violent, with people damaging things inside the station and arguing with the police. There are even videos online showing transgender people taking furniture out of the police station.

The police tried to stop the protest by using force, which some people online think was a bad decision. In the end, the police officers who are accused of hurting Hina and the man are suspended from their jobs.
