Situated on Sheybarah island within the lively Al Wajh Lagoon, Shebara is a group of luxury resorts offering comfort in the middle of the ocean, as reported by Fact Jeddah.
Red Sea Global has introduced its new project, Shebara, which is scheduled to open this summer. The resort includes 73 accommodations, featuring both overwater and beach villas. Guests can reach the island by a 45-minute boat ride or a 20-minute sea flight. Shebara is located near a coastal reef, allowing guests to explore marine life.
The resort boasts several amenities, such as an adult-only pool with terraces, a family pool, two upscale restaurants, a spa, and a fitness center. Shebara provides a private island option for guests seeking exclusivity, featuring various villas with private beaches and a barbecue area. The project emphasizes sustainability by utilizing solar power from a nearby solar farm.
During an event, Red Sea Global’s chief executive, John Pagano, explained that the villa layout resembles a “string of pearls,” arranged in an arc around a central reception building, inspired by maritime themes.
