Gandapur asks the PM to help restore 91 projects removed from the PSDP.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur is very concerned about 91 important KP projects being removed from the Public Sector Development Program (PSDP).

He believes this decision goes against the SIFC and NEC agreements, threatening KP’s development.

Gandapur has written to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, asking for immediate help to address KP’s needs. He emphasized that ignoring these projects disrupts the economy and resource allocation, which is vital for KP’s progress. He also pointed out the unfairness of adding 279 new projects to the PSDP while excluding ongoing ones.

Gandapur highlighted the funding gap between the provincial and federal budgets, stressing that underfunding hinders important projects in merged districts. He urged a review of the budget and the inclusion of the omitted projects to ensure fair development nationwide.
