The head weather expert predicts that we might get a lot of rain this monsoon season.

The top weather expert, Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz, predicts heavy rains in various parts of the country this monsoon season.

He mentioned that it’s hard to predict the exact situation until a few days before the rain starts.

Sarfaraz expects more rain than usual this year, especially in southern Sindh, including Karachi. He mentioned that the first rains might arrive after June 19 in some areas. However, he clarified that there won’t be any rain in the plains during Eid-ul-Adha, starting on June 17.

Karachi and Sindh will mostly have normal temperatures this month, with the mercury reaching around 35-36°C in Karachi. The Pakistan Meteorological Department forecasts hot and dry weather in Sindh till Thursday, with temperatures ranging from 28°C to 37°C.
