Director Atlee is reportedly planning a new action thriller with Salman Khan and Kamal Haasan, aiming for a Pan-India spectacle.
According to Pinkvilla, Atlee has been discussing this project with both actors for months, and they seem interested. “It’s a two-hero film that needs superstars,” a source said. “Both Kamal Haasan and Salman Khan are excited and have agreed in principle, but final decisions will come after a full script narration later this month.”
After the success of “Jawan,” Atlee wants to create India’s biggest action film. Filming is expected to start early next year. Atlee envisions a movie that goes beyond regional boundaries and appeals globally. Plot details are still secret.
Bollywood Hungama also reported that Atlee has been in talks with Rajinikanth for another potential collaboration. Sun Pictures might produce this film, and they hope to have both Rajinikanth and Salman Khan on board. The film is set to start by the end of 2024, but it’s unclear which superstar will join the project.
