Farrukh H Khan has quit his job as the CEO of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

Farrukh H Khan has resigned from his role as CEO of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) to pursue new opportunities, earlier than expected.

The PSX board accepted his resignation with appreciation for his work. Khan started in February 2020 during the COVID-19 outbreak in Pakistan.

Under his leadership, PSX introduced new initiatives like the IPO window reopening after 18 months and digital upgrades such as online account opening and a simplified listing process.

One of his major achievements was launching the Roshan Equity Investment account to help overseas Pakistanis invest in Pakistan’s stock market.
