The IHC has rejected a request to reconsider decisions in the Iddat case.

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) declined a plea to review its ruling concerning the Iddat case, which involves Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi.

The court reaffirmed its directive for a district and sessions court to resolve the central appeals within a month.

Meanwhile, an anti-terrorism court (ATC) also denied interim bail to Imran Khan in cases linked to arson attacks on Jinnah House, Askari Tower, and Shadman Police Station.

The government argued for Imran Khan’s arrest, citing the need for further investigation.
