The Henley Passport Index has released its 2024 rankings, with Singapore taking the top spot. Singaporean passport holders can travel to 195 countries without needing a visa.
Japan, France, Italy, Germany, and Spain are tied for second place, allowing their passport holders visa-free access to 192 countries.
In third place are Austria, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, South Korea, and Sweden, with visa-free travel to 191 countries.
The UK, New Zealand, Norway, Belgium, Denmark, and Switzerland are in fourth place. Australia and Portugal are fifth, Greece and Poland are sixth, and Canada and three other countries are seventh. The USA and three other countries are in eighth place.
At the bottom of the list, Afghanistan is ranked 103rd. Pakistan is 100th, sharing this position with Yemen, followed by Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan.
