To qualify, applicants must be residents of Punjab, belong to a low-income family with an income below Rs60,000, and be government employees without any current homeownership.
Payment Plan Each apartment in the scheme is priced at Rs1.5 million, with a government subsidy making it even more affordable. Beneficiaries only need to pay 40% of the total cost, which can be spread over easy monthly installments of Rs. 14,000.
The scheme aims to build over 3,000 homes in each district, starting with five major cities: Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Sargodha, and Rawalpindi. In Lahore, the first phase will see 5,000 homes constructed near Raiwind Road.
