Actress Jaya Prada has been declared as missing by the court in two cases.

Actress Jaya Prada is facing some trouble as the court has labeled her as ‘absconding’ in two cases related to breaking certain rules.

This decision came about because Jaya Prada didn’t show up for a court hearing even after getting many notices and warnings. The MP/MLA court in Rampur, which handles cases involving Members of Parliament and Members of the Legislative Assembly, issued an order on Tuesday because she didn’t appear, even after they had issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) multiple times.

The case is about Jaya Prada allegedly violating the code of conduct during the 2019 elections. The court where this case is registered is called the Special MP/MLA Court in Rampur. The NBW was issued because Jaya Prada didn’t show up on the dates set for the court hearing. The Judge, named Shobhit Bansal, took this step to address her non-appearance in court on those earlier dates. The court is taking these matters seriously, and the Senior Prosecution Officer, Amarnath Tiwari, is actively involved in handling the case.
