Anti-Terrorism Court to hear Imran Khan’s cases every day starting July 8.

The Anti-Terrorism Court will speed up cases involving PTI founder Imran Khan and others, with daily hearings starting from July 8.

The court asked for a written reply from Adiala Jail about Imran Khan’s video link appearance.

On Monday, the court rejected exemption requests from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and PTI leader Amir Mughal, emphasizing that being out of the city is not a valid reason for absence.

Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra warned that arrest warrants would be issued for all absent suspects. PTI lawyers promised that all suspects would attend the next hearing.

The judge said those who don’t appear on July 8 will be declared absconders and that the court will quickly resolve these cases based on their merit. The cases are adjourned until July 8.
