Buckingham Palace issues an important statement following the unfortunate incident.

Buckingham Palace has released a new announcement following a recent incident involving Princess Anne.

They confirmed that the Emperor and Empress of Japan’s State Visit to the UK will proceed as planned from June 25 to June 27.

The Palace shared a video clip on X (formerly Twitter), showing preparations for the visit and stating, “All ready for the Japan State Visit! Tomorrow, King Charles III and Queen will welcome Their Majesties The Emperor and Empress of Japan to the United Kingdom.”

The visit will include formal ceremonies like the official welcome at the Horse Guards Parade and a State Dinner at Buckingham Palace. Prince William will greet the Japanese royals on behalf of King Charles in the morning and escort them to the welcome ceremony. The Princess of Wales and Princess Anne will not attend due to health reasons.
