KARACHI – A fuel tanker carrying thousands of liters of oil overturned near Baloch Colony Bridge, spilling a large amount of fuel. The accident also crushed a nearby vehicle.
The driver of the tanker escaped unharmed, but the spill created significant traffic problems and raised concerns about a possible fire.
Rescue teams are working to lift the tanker and remove the trapped car, but progress is slow due to a crowd of onlookers.
Eyewitnesses reported that a family was inside the crushed vehicle. The bridge connecting Qayyum Abad and Baloch Colony is currently closed to traffic.
