King Charles Prevents Michael Jackson Meeting with Princes William and Harry

In 2002, Michael Jackson, the “King of Pop,” was supposed to meet Prince William and Prince Harry.

However, King Charles intervened and prevented the meeting. Michael had a close relationship with Princess Diana before her death, and he considered her the “perfect wife.”

Despite the princes’ interest in meeting him, an official letter stated that they would not be meeting Michael Jackson.

This decision was difficult to convey to him, and it influenced his visit to London.

Additionally, Michael had hoped the meeting would lead to an honorary knighthood, as promised by certain government officials and those close to the Royal Family.
