She is the main suspect in a drug-related case tied to a fatal car crash on August 19, where her SUV struck pedestrians, resulting in the deaths of Imran Arif and his daughter Amina, and injuring four others.
The decision follows reports of a settlement between Natasha and Aamna Arif’s family. Natasha’s family reportedly paid 5.5 crore rupees to Amina’s family and offered a job to a relative. Additionally, settlements were made with those injured in the accident.
Natasha, who is married to prominent Karachi industrialist Danish Iqbal, was arrested shortly after the accident. There has been criticism on social media about her receiving special treatment due to her status. Her lawyer claims she was on medication for mental stress, affecting her awareness during the incident.
