Omar Ayub Khan has been chosen as the PTI’s nominee for the position of Prime Minister.

Former National Assembly speaker Asad Qaiser shared important news with the media outside Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi, where he met with PTI Founder Imran Khan.

He revealed that Omar Ayub Khan is the PTI’s choice for the position of Prime Minister.

Expressing his hope for a PTI Prime Minister, Qaiser mentioned that the party believes its mandate was unfairly taken during the recent elections. He declared that the PTI plans to organize a protest movement across the country, with details to be announced later. Qaiser emphasized that rallies and protests would take place nationwide.

Qaiser stated that he was reaching out to various political parties, including Maulana Fazlur Rahman, ANP, Qaumi Watan Party, and others, as they were also expressing their concerns through protests.

On the subject of the National Assembly speakership and Punjab chief minister, Qaiser clarified that there were no discussions yet. He criticized the February 8 election, labeling it as the worst in the country’s history, claiming global skepticism towards its legitimacy. Qaiser asserted that the election was shamelessly rigged for the first time, and he vowed that nobody would accept such rigging.

Addressing concerns about the US, Qaiser expressed disappointment over Washington’s silence on election rigging. He reminded the US and Europe of their responsibility to uphold democratic rights in Pakistan. Qaiser urged the chief justice of Pakistan to take notice of alleged rigging, emphasizing that representation in the government is the right of those who receive votes.

Additionally, Qaiser assured that PTI-backed winners in the recent elections would not vacate their seats, and a parliamentary party meeting would be convened soon. The PTI leader emphasized their commitment to the rule of law and the Constitution.
