Pakistan has moved up to the fourth position in the international cricket rankings for test matches.

Pakistan moved up to the fourth spot in the ICC World Test Championship rankings after Sri Lanka won a big cricket match against Bangladesh.

This win kept Sri Lanka’s record of not losing any test matches in Bangladesh, with three of their matches ending without a winner.

Before this match, Sri Lanka was at the very bottom of the rankings without any points, and Bangladesh was in fourth place with 12 points and winning half the time they played.

With this victory, Sri Lanka now shares the sixth spot with Bangladesh. Both teams have the same number of points and win about one-third of their matches. Because of this change, South Africa and England, who win even less often, are now at the bottom of the rankings.

Pakistan, which was previously in fifth place, has now moved up to fourth with a slightly better win rate of 36.66%.

The West Indies, having a similar win rate to Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, has also moved up in the rankings to fifth place with 16 points.

This is all part of the ongoing ICC World Test Championship for the year 2024.
