PM Shehbaz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman plan to strengthen cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have agreed to strengthen their cooperation in various areas, particularly in the economy and trade sectors.

This decision was made during a meeting between Pakistani Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud in Riyadh.

Both sides expressed satisfaction with the progress made on decisions taken during their previous meeting in the Holy City of Makkah. Prime Minister Shehbaz thanked Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for sending a high-level delegation led by the Saudi Foreign Minister to Pakistan and appreciated the Crown Prince’s interest in sending more delegations to boost investment across different fields in Pakistan.

According to the official statement, the two leaders also discussed global issues, including the current situation in Gaza, among other topics. Their meeting highlighted the importance of enhancing bilateral ties and working together on key issues of mutual interest.
