Recently, PTCL revealed that an extra fee of Rs100 will be added to each internet and telephone bill.
A text message was sent to PTCL customers explaining that monthly bills will go up starting from July 1, 2024.
Customers who receive paper bills will have to pay an extra Rs100.
However, those who get their bills through email won’t have to pay this additional fee.
PTCL assured that they are informing all users about these changes.
