Putin says again that he believes Ukraine was involved in the Moscow Concert Hall attack.

Russian President Putin said that the recent attack on a concert hall near Moscow was done by “radical Islamists” and hinted that Ukraine might have been involved.

The attack happened last Friday, where armed people shot at the audience and set the building on fire, causing the death of at least 137 people.

Russian authorities have arrested some people in connection with the attack, and four men have been charged. President Putin accused “radical Islamists” and suggested Ukraine’s involvement, while Ukrainian President Zelensky denied it.

The accused men, from Tajikistan, were tortured in custody, raising doubts about their confessions. They will remain in custody until May 22nd, and more arrests have been made in connection with the attack.
