Sir Syed Express Derails Near Rohri, Train Services Suspended

ROHRI: Three coaches of the Sir Syed Express derailed near Rohri railway station on Friday, leading to a suspension of train services on the uptrack. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.

The derailment occurred 1.5 kilometers before reaching Rohri Station. The Sir Syed Express was traveling from Karachi to Rawalpindi at the time of the incident.

Rescue teams have been dispatched, and efforts are underway to restore the affected track and resume train operations as soon as possible.

This incident comes just days after Pakistan Railways had resumed operations for the Sir Syed Express.
