T20 World Cup ranks after England vs Scotland and Netherlands vs Nepal?

Two matches were played in the T20 World Cup 2024 on Tuesday.

England played against Scotland in Barbados, West Indies, while the Netherlands faced Nepal in Dallas, United States.

The first match between England and Scotland was stopped due to rain in Barbados. The match was shortened to 10 overs, and Scotland scored 90/0. According to the DLS method, England’s revised target was 109 runs. But rain interrupted again, and the match was called off. Each team received one point.

In the second match between the Netherlands and Nepal, the Dutch team won by six wickets at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas. They chased the target in the 19th over, with Max O’Dowd scoring an unbeaten 54 off 48 balls. Scott Edwards and his team were challenged by the Nepalese bowlers, but O’Dowd’s strong performance ensured victory. Vikramjit Singh also contributed with 22 runs.

Logan van Beek and Tim Pringle were key players for the Netherlands, taking three wickets each. Similarly, in the first innings, Logan van Beek and Tim Pringle also took three wickets each, leading their team to dominance over the opposition.
