The CM of KPK, Gandapur, will seek approval from Imran Khan for the formation of the cabinet.

Various names are being discussed for possible roles in the cabinet, and the chief minister is set to seek approval from Imran Khan, the Founder Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) today.

Sources close to the chief minister’s office have mentioned that the consultation process for forming the cabinet has been finished. The final decision on cabinet members will be made by Imran Khan, and the chief minister is scheduled to meet him today.

The new cabinet is expected to have a mix of experienced individuals and new talent. Some of the front-runners for ministerial roles include Aqibullah, Zahir Shah, Abdul Salam, Meena Khan, and Pakhtun Yar. Additionally, Zahidullah, Aftab Afridi, and Asif Khan are also under consideration for inclusion in the provincial cabinet.

Well-known personalities like Mushtaq Ghani, Taj Mohammad Tarand, and Arshad Ayub are also being considered, bringing diversity to the list of potential candidates. The names of Khaleequr Rehman, Fazal Shakoor, and Anwar Zeb are circulating within political circles.

Moreover, Shakeel Khan, Anwar Khan, and Humayun Khan are part of the list. Additionally, Taimur Jhagra and Kamran Bangash, despite losing the election, might be appointed as advisers.

Besides finalizing the cabinet members, the chief minister is expected to make decisions on advisers, assistants, parliamentary secretaries, and other key positions within the provincial administration.
