The reserved seats were distributed among political parties after the ECP declared the PTI-backed Sunni Ittehad Council ineligible for the reserved seats.
In addition to these updates, the ECP mentioned that according to Rule 15 of the Presidential Election Rules 1988, presidential candidates can nominate a polling agent before the start of the polling process. This agent will oversee the polling and counting processes. The candidates need to inform the Presiding Officer in writing about their nominated polling agent.
These are important developments in the electoral process, and the ECP is actively managing various cases related to election results and seat allocations.
