The price of cell phones in Pakistan has fallen a lot!

There’s a big drop in cell phone prices across Pakistan, leaving everyone surprised! Cities like Lahore and Faisalabad are seeing this price crash.

Prices have gone down a lot, some by as much as 40%! This means fancy top-of-the-line phones that used to cost 100,000 rupees are now between 65,000 and 70,000 rupees. Even mid-range phones are much cheaper, going from 64,000 rupees to under 50,000 rupees. This makes them affordable for many more people who love gadgets.

Amazingly, even phones that used to cost 50,000 rupees can now be found as low as 35,000 to 38,000 rupees. This means almost anyone can afford a decent smartphone! Even basic phones, once a luxury for some, are now priced at around 20,000 rupees, making it easier for everyone to stay connected.

Here’s the strange part: phone imports are way up in Pakistan, over 120% higher than last year! Experts are confused as to why prices are going down when so many phones are coming into the country. They’re wondering what this means for people buying phones in Pakistan in the future.

This big change in phone prices is about more than just money. Cell phones are a huge part of the digital revolution happening worldwide, and Pakistan, with its fast-growing phone market, is right at the center of it!
