Vawda refuses to say sorry without any conditions for speaking against the judiciary.

Faisal Vawda, an independent Senator, refuses to apologize without conditions for speaking against the judiciary.

He’s asked the Supreme Court to drop the case against him for contempt of court. In his response, he pointed out that other politicians have made similar comments. He argues that his press conference, where he criticized the judiciary, was for the country’s benefit.

The Supreme Court is set to hear Vawda’s case on June 5, along with another politician, Mustafa Kamal, who also criticized the judiciary in a press conference.

Vawda provided examples of other politicians making harsh comments about the judiciary. He says he respects the judiciary and only criticizes certain judgments that negatively affect people’s lives.

Meanwhile, Mustafa Kamal has apologized for his remarks against the judiciary. He submitted an affidavit to the Supreme Court, expressing respect for the judges and asking for forgiveness for his comments made in a press conference.
