Warner scores 57 points, helping Australia win all matches in the final Test series.

In his last Test match, David Warner scored 57 runs and played a crucial role as Australia easily achieved the target of 130 runs to beat Pakistan by eight wickets, securing a 3-0 series sweep on Saturday.

Before lunch, Pakistan added 47 runs to their overnight score, losing their final three wickets and reaching a total of 115. It was their 16th consecutive loss in Australia since 1995.

Warner, in his 112th and final Test, shared an emotional moment with his childhood friend and opening partner, Usman Khawaja, at the boundary rope. Pakistan gave him a guard of honor as he walked to the crease.

Although Khawaja was dismissed lbw for a duck, Warner played aggressively, showcasing his trademark shots and securing his 37th Test half-century. At lunch, Australia needed just 39 more runs for victory at 91-1.

Warner’s innings, comprising seven boundaries, ended when he was trapped in front by spinner Sajid Khan, leaving Australia 11 runs from victory. The crowd at the Sydney Cricket Ground gave him a standing ovation.

Marnus Labuschagne (62 not out) guided Australia to victory shortly after Warner’s departure. Pakistan missed the chance to set a more challenging target, with Josh Hazlewood (4-16) taking three wickets in the penultimate over on Friday.

On Saturday, Mohammad Rizwan scored 28, Aamer Jamal contributed 18, and Hasan Ali was bowled for five, concluding Pakistan’s innings. Captain Shan Masood’s decision not to bring in seamer Aamer Jamal until after lunch was questioned.
